Naturopathy is based on the principle that the human body like everything else in the cosmos is composed of the 5 elements (Panchmahabhuta) viz. earth (Prithvi), fire (Agni), water (Jala), air (Vayu) and space (Akash). Imbalance of these elements brings disease. Nature has given wonderful powers to the body to heal itself and regain health. Nature has given wonderful powers to the body to heal itself and regain health. Disease is a result of the accumulation of toxins. Normally, these toxins are excreted as the body’s waste, but an incorrect diet (Ahar), faulty lifestyle (Vihar) and stress (Manovyapar) can diminish the vital force and lead to accumulation of toxins causing disease. Naturopathy uses the natural elements to galvanize this latent healing power of the body by eliminating these toxins. Chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, spondylosis, obesity, eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions, indigestion, constipation, migraine etc. can benefit from Naturopathy.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on healing modality that releases restrictions in the cranio-sacral system to improve the function of the central nervous system. In a typical 1-2 hour session, the client lies quietly, fully clothed while the practitioner makes light contact with a pressure no greater than the weight of a nickel at selected points around the head, torso, knees and feet. It has been shown to benefit migraine, chronic pain, fatigue and stress and to enhance the sense of general wellbeing.
